2. Upon perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that the petitioner has sufficient cause for not prosecuting the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The order dated 06.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.13265 of 2020 is hereby set aside and the writ petition is restored to file.

4. The Registry is directed to list the writ petition for hearing on 04.02.2026.
