This petition has been filed by the accused No.5 to quash the FIR in Crime No.50 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that during pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and based on the said charge sheet, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.29 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam and hence this petition becomes infructuous.
