ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent to pay his last drawn wages and all other attendant benefits as contemplated under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947.

2. The petitioner has filed Writ petition in the year 2024. Till date, the respondent has not chosen to file the counter. It is specifically mentioned in the affidavit that M.Rajaram/employee is not gainfully employed with any of the establishment.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The respondent/Management is directed to pay the petitioner his last drawn wages and all attendant benefits as contemplated under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. No costs.
