The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the provisional and cumulative mark statement for the B.Sc. Degree in Bio Chemistry to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent University brought to the notice of this Court is that the petitioner has not passed the subject of Metabolises.

3.In view of the fact that the petitioner has not passed one subject, the relief sought for cannot be considered and thus, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
