O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioners seeking leave of the learned District Judge-II, Kanchipuram, to sell the minor's property u/s.8[2(a)] of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the enquiry in the matter is over and the case is repeatedly posted for argument. He added that due to COVID Circumstances the hearing could not take place and he seeks expeditious disposal of the matter.

3.This Court is aware that holding physical court was hugely hampered by COVID protocol in holding the Court. In the given circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned District Judge-II, Kanchipuram to dispose of the case on or before 21.04.2022.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
