This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 153 days in representing above captioned C.M.A as against the Award dated 14.03.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.777 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri 2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the State Legal Services Authority, Chennai. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
