The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records pertaining to the closure report dated 07.12.2017 issued by the respondent police and set aside the same and further direct the respondent police to register a case and investigate based on the complaint dated 15.09.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission of this Court to file an appropriate Protest Petition before the Lower Court.
