ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to in para 6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.28034 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Chennai on all working days until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been

complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28034 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates.
