ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from the respondent to any other Investigating Agency who is competent to enquire the matter according to law pending enquiry in Crime No.1702 of 2014 dated 27.10.2014, on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard, Mr.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is conducting investigation and the same is yet to be disposed of.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation in Crime No.1702 of 2014, pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
