J U D G M E N T

When the matter had come up on 23.06.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant had submitted that his client had contacted him and informed him not to proceed with the Appeal and he had asked his client for written instructions in this regard. The matter was directed to be listed today for this purpose. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel who appeared before the Court would submit that they are yet to receive the written instructions.
