CMP.Nos.3112, 3115 & 3119 of 2020 CMP.Nos.3112, 3115 & 3119 of 2020 in S.A.No.2030 of 1999 N.SESHASAYEE.AJ., The third respondent in the appeal is dead, and she was impleaded as one of the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent before the first Appellate Court.

2. Proposed respondents 10 to 14 are now sought to be impleaded as heirs of deceased R3. Private notice taken on the proposed respondents and affidavit of service has been filed, as per which, notices to R10 and R14 have been returned as "unclaimed". Notices to R11 to R13 have been served and their names are also printed in the cause-list.

3. Notices to R10 and R14 is held sufficient and accordingly, all the CMPs are ordered.
