PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the first respondent police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the threat of the 4th and 5th proposed respondents and preventing them from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's landed property.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the threat of the 4th and 5th proposed respondents and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preventing them from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's landed property.

2. It seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and it is pending before the 1st respondent police. Admittedly, earlier the petitioner had filed a petition in the year 2016 and after four years, this petition filed cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
