ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to cancel the contracts awarded from the General Fund, Melmalaiyanur Panchayat Union, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that since the contract period is of the year 2015, work has been completed. Now, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
