This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.29042 of 2023 to report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpet Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily once, for a further period of 10 days, thereafter, weekly once, ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
