ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition in his capacity as President of V.L. (SPL) 213, Sathampakkam Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society. The relief sought is for a mandamus directing the Registrar of Cooperative Societies/R1 to dispose his representation dated 25.05.2015.

2. This writ petition is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed for several reasons. Firstly, the writ petition has been filed in 2023 seeking disposal of a representation that was filed in 2015. Secondly, the services of the petitioner has been terminated w.e.f. 22.02.2023 and the Board has been superseded by the administrator and therefore, the petitioner cannot pursue this writ petition. Thirdly, the petitioner has challenged an order passed by a learned single Judge setting aside the order of termination issued to R4 in W.A.No.481 and 482 of 2023. Thus, all his grievances as against the official as well as the private

respondent(s) can very well be put forth in accordance with law before the Division Bench.

In the result, this writ petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
