ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 25.08.2021 within a stipulated time. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner made representation before the third respondent, who is not having direct jurisdiction to enquiry the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted. The petitioner is at liberty to lodge complaint before the jurisdictional Police Station in the manner known to law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
