ORDER

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 06.11.2019, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 07.11.2019 under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it is to be construed that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
