As far as C.M.A. No. 1590 of 2015 is concerned, the judgment passed by this Court on 29.07.2015 had already been complied with, as could be seen from the order dated 04.02.2016.

As far as C.M.A. No. 1591 of 2015 is concerned, for noncompliance of the judgment passed by this Court, on 29.07.2015, it is posted for appearance of the Chairman cum Managing Director, the Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Villupuram. However, today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the appellant Transport Corporation would submit that the entire compensation amount, as awarded by this Court, has been deposited, by way of two cheques, one bearing No. 455424 dated 14.06.2016 and another bearing No. 455470 dated 21.06.2016, each to the tune of Rs.7,38,371/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy one only) and copies of communication acknowledging the receipt of the above said cheques by the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee, have also been produced by the learned counsel for the appellant Transport .
