This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27650 of 2022 by order dated 11.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
