O R D E R

The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 02.01.2015 by invoking the obstruction on the pathway from Gourtham Street to Muthumariamman Koil Street, Sri Ram Nagar, Puliamangalam, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

2. It is seen from the representation dated 02.01.2015, the petitioners requested the respondents to remove the obstruction on the pathway from Gourtham Street to Muthumariamman Koil Street and to allow the petitioners to use the free pathway. 3.

Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
