O R D E R

The appellant has personally present before this Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. The learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2.

In view of the endorsement made by the appellant's counsel, this Court is inclined to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. 3.
