Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to promote the petitioner as Junior Engineer (Mechanical) Grade-I in Mettur Thermal Power Station fixing the seniority from the year 2002 as per the date of appointment with all monetary benefits etc., following judgement 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Junior Engineer (Mechanical) Grade-I in Mettur Thermal Power Station fixing the seniority from the year 2002 as per the date of appointment with all monetary benefits etc., by following order dated 21.07.2009 rendered by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.23202 of 2004 and its subsequent order dated 14.12.2010 in W.P.No.24751 of 2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 21.07.2009 passed by this Court in 2/4

W.P.No.23202 of 2004 and subsequent order dated 14.12.2010 in W.P.No.24751 of 2010, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
