The petitioner, who is the sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.04.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under 366-A, 109, @ 366-A, 376,Sec 4 and 8 of POSCO ACT in Crime No.417 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has kidnapped the de facto complainant's daughter, who is a minor girl,aged about 17 1/2 years, resulting in the registration of the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that both the petitioner and the alleged victim have fallen in love with each other and she joined with the petitioner on her own. It is further submitted that both the petitioner and the alleged victim married and subsequently, a false complaint has been given against the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the alleged victim has been secured and she is residing at home.

mrp/nvi 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sangarapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 12.05.2016 mrp/nvi Crl.O.P.No.10765 of 2016
