Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate takes notice for Respondents 1 and

2. He wants to get written instructions (or) file counter affidavit as to why this communication dated 27.02.2021 has been issued appointing an Enquiry Officer to conduct an enquiry into the affairs of the Society concerned for the period 2010-11 and 2014-15 despite the earlier enquiry conducted under Section 81 and inspection conducted under Section 82, of which the report submitted in both cases suggested that there has been no misappropriation or mismanagement and accordingly no further action has been recommended ?

These aspects have to be specifically stated in the written instructions / counter affidavit. Post the matter on 04.01.2022.
