This Writ Petition is filed with a prayer directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to strictly implement the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.742/A2/2015, dated 20.03.2024 with the assistance of the respondent Nos.4 to 6.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are implementing and will continue to strictly implement the said order. If any person violates, the same will also be duly intimated to the Police and with the help of the respondent Nos.4 to 6, adequate protection will also be given and the order will be strictly carried out.

3. In view of the submission that is made, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Recording the assurance made by the respondent Nos.1 to 3 that they will strictly implement the proceedings, dated 20.03.2024 and that the respondent Nos.4 to 6 will also provide 3/7

protection as and when necessary, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
