O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in W.P.No.2450 of 2016, dated 25.01.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has paid the entire terminal benefits, but the interest was paid only at the rate of 6%, not at the rate of 12% as per the order of this Court.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the Division Bench of this Court has modified the earlier order and the interest was reduced to 6%.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Contempt Petition is closed.
