While hearing the arguments of learned counsel for petitioner, this Court pointed out the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.747 of 2023, dated 10.01.2023. Learned counsel submitted that he will withdraw himself from this writ petition and will direct the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition through some other counsel.

2. Endorsement to that effect has also been made by learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition through any other counsel. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
