ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police in view of the representation dated 23.06.2016 given to the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioners, their workman their servants, their watchman in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.394/1 and admeasuring an extent of 476 Sq.ft having address at "Ratna Complex", 1st Street, K.K.Nagar, Chennai - 600 078, belonging to the petitioner.

2. It seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and it is pending before the 1st respondent police. Admittedly, earlier the petitioner had filed a petition in the year 2016 and after four years, this petition filed cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
