This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.C.No.374 of 2014 on the file of Mahila Sessions Court, Salem and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.374 of 2014 before the learned Mahila Sessions Court, Salem and the trial was commenced, prosecution has also examined PW1 to PW3. At this stage, this petition cannot be quashed.

3. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
