Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGA BHARATHI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9987 of 2020 order dated 03.07.2020 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court by an order dated 03.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9987 of 2020 granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research, Kancheepuram.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was not able to mobilise funds, he was not able to comply with the said condition. Hence, he seeks a further time of three weeks.

5. Heard the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks' time is granted from the date on which the order copy made ready to comply with the order of this court.
