ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an offence under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C., and is now altered to Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.54 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner and his friend One Nithesh had physically, mentally tortured and coerced one Sathiya W/o Yoganand to have illicit sexual intercourse with them. It is also the case of the prosecution that both the petitioner and his friend had blackmailed Sathiya by taking videos and photographs of her and due to which she committed suicide on 20.02.2021 around 09.00 Pm by hanging herself from the ceiling of the bedroom. Hence this complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.12063, 22093 of 2021 were passed by this Court on 14.07.2021 and 25.11.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the third bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
