ORDER

In light of the endorsement made by Mr.V.Dinesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner as sought for to file fresh application for grant of electricity connection along with necessary annexures. No costs.
