ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the G.L.R. Value for the petitioner's property has already been fixed by the respondent. Therefore, she would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
