This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 15.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.27886 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until furthers.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter during the Court hearing dates.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
