Respondentss Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of the third respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.48571/ C3/E2/14 dated 28.04.2015 and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner as B.T.Asst. Maths (Telugu) with sixth respondent school.

This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 20.11.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner either in the

pre-lunch or post-lunch session. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

3. Added to this, it is also brought to the notice of this court by learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner claimed appointment to the post of 'Graduate Teacher, Mathematics (Telugu)' under the MBC (women)(non-priority) category and the certificate that was produced by the petitioner in support of her social status was found to be a bogus certificate. Consequently, the petitioner was terminated from service on concluding that the social status certificate produced by the petitioner was not a genuine certificate. Aggrieved by the said order of termination, the present writ petition has been filed. There appears to be no contest on the nature of the certificate produced by the petitioner. In the circumstances, this court does not find any merit in the writ petition, warranting interference by this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. 21.11.2024 skr
