This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records of the FIR lodged under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.24 of 2015, on the file of G-1, Madurantagam Police Station, Kancheepuram District and pass orders quashing the complaint in Crime No.24 of 2015, on the file of G-1, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Maduranthagam Police Station, Kancheepuram District.

2. The defacto complainant is the Manager of the Thayagam Chit Fund (PVT) Limited and there was some dispute in the chit transaction in collection. The case has been filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant had been resolved. Recording the same, the case has been referred as "further action dropped".

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
