Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to fully relax the bail conditional order dated 13/12/2021 passed in Crl.OP.NO. 24033 of 2021, directing the petitioner to report before Town Police Station, Erode Daily at 10.30 A.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SILAMBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24033 of 2021 on 13.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
