Learned counsel for the Appellant has filed a memo stating the impugned award amount deposited by the Appellant has already been withdrawn by the respondents 1 to 6 /claimants before the Tribunal and therefore, CMA.No.359 of 2012 has now become infructuous.

3. This Court records the submissions of the learned counsel for the Appellant as well as the memo filed today. The memo dated 06.08.2020 filed by the Appellant shall form part of this Judgment. Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
