Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.S.

RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25484 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021.

This Court, on 23.12.2021, while at the time of passing order in Crl.O.P.No.25484 of 2021 directed the petitioner to stay at Salem and report before the Asthampatty Police Station daily at 10.30a.m. for a period of two months. Though the petitioner herein has complied with the said condition till date, since the order passed by this Court is very specific for a period of two months, the petitioner herein does not show any special reasons for considering this petition.
