ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 02.04.2018 as per the observation of the government official and issue an application to all interested candidate and contest the election in accordance with law within the time frame prescribed by this Court.

2.Since the representation has been given by the petitioner to respondents 1, 2 and 4/the District Collector, the Joint Registrar and the Deputy Registrar, Office of the Joint Registrar Co-operative Society, this Court, accepting the request of Mr.M.S.Palanisamy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for R3 to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation, hereby directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
