ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.06.2018 requesting not to approve the layout. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 to 9 submitted that even before filing the writ petition, they were granted technical approval for the subject land on 08.03.2019 and layout approval was granted on 15.10.2019.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
