ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation of the case in Crime No.442 of 2014 on the file of the Respondent and transfer the same to some other agency that is competent to investigate the matter. 2.Heard, Mr.S.Regu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is conducting investigation and the same is yet to be disposed of.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.442 of 2014, pending on his file and file a final report if not filed, within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
