When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2022, while disposing the bail petition, this Court directed the respondent to marshal the remaining 4 witnesses within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and complete the trial and direct the trial Court to appreciate the evidence on whole and arrive at conclusion. 2.Today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the case is now posted for examination of Investigating Officer and if the petitioner is granted bail at this stage, he will abscond or tamper the evidence. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
