2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent has been wrongly impleaded as a party in this petition. The said correction has been rectified by way of an amendment petition in W.M.P.No.8586/2024 in W.P.No.1989/2024 and amendments have been made in the affidavit of the above writ petition.

3. Since there are clerical errors in the order dated 31.01.2024 in W.P.No.1989/2024, the Registry is directed to carry out the following corrections:

" The first respondent in the cause title of the order is replaced with "The District Magistrate cum District Collector, Singaravelar Maalagai, Chennai - 600 001""

5. The remaining portion of the order dated 31.01.2024 remains unaltered.

6. After carrying out the above corrections, the Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
