ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for closure of TASMAC Shop bearing No.9059 being run by the 7th respondent at Plot Nos.1 & 2, Sakthi Gardens, Phase III, Sennerkuppam, Poonamallee.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the said TASMAC 2/4
shop at the aforesaid address has already been closed and shifted to premises in Survey No.31/10, patta No.6851, Chennai - 56 and therefore, this writ petition may be closed. .
