ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 22.05.2013 passed in ref.No.75996/E5/3/2012 by the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
