(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition laying a complaint that the private respondent, namely, the fifth respondent is running a business which causes hindrance to the general public in parking the vehicles. Seeking consideration of the representation dated 02.12.2019, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking note of the pendency of the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, we call upon the second respondent to look into the same and dispose of in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
