This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in STC No.1728 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of the petition the case ended in acquittal and hence nothing survive for adjudication in this petition.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
