The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 29.06.2015, 30.06.2017 and 01.07.2017 respectively.

The case of the petitioner is that he was recruited as a Part-time employee in the Department of Animal Husbandry by the proceedings of the Assistant Director dated 30.08.1989 and he joined the services on 5.9.1989. Since then, he has been working in the said department. While so, many of his colleagues working in the same Department have approached this Court for regularisation of their services as per G.O.Ms.No.528, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per.F) Department dated 10.10.1998 and the said Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.35691/2007, 3885 and 11362/2008 and 7720 and 77210/2010 and W.P. (MD) Nos.2541/2008 and 872, 884, 1773/2008 etc.
were disposed of directing the respondents to issue suitable orders absorbing them in the regular time scale of pay, provided their services are satisfactory and accordingly, they have been absorbed in the regular time scale of pay. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that though he is having the satisfactory seniority and other requirements, the benefit of regularisation has not been given to him. Therefore, the petitioner has sent representations dated 29.06.2015, 30.06.2017 and 01.07.2017 to the respondents seeking regularisation on par with similarly placed persons. Since no response for the said representations, the petitioner is before this Court with this Writ Petition.
3.Mr.V.Kadhirvelu, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, sought for sufficient time to consider the case of the petitioner whether he is having the requirements for relaxation.

Recording his statement, this Court grants three months time to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 29.06.2015, 30.06.2017 and 01.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on par with similarly placed persons. 5.
