ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to entertain the petition filed by the petitioner for return of vehicles, which have been seized by the respondent police in Crime No. 1267 of 2018.

2. Pursuant to the registration of the FIR, the vehicles belonging to the petitioner have also been seized. When the petitioner attempted to file a petition for release of the vehicles before the respondent police the same was not entertained and therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police, to entertain the petition filed by the petitioner seeking for release of the vehicles and deal with the same in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court W.P.(MD).No.19936 of 2017 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

29.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date on which the petition is represented before the respondent police.
